  • • After submitting the commission form and its accepted, an invoice will be sent to confirm your spot

    • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your commission, with the remaining balance due upon completion

    • Shipping/delivery fees may apply for large-scale works or international orders outside of the U.S.

    • After the deposit is received, a sketch will be created for your approval. Adjustments can be made at this stage before moving into the final painting

    • Once approved, the painting process begins. A final image will be shared for review, and after the work is fully dry, packaged, and the remaining balance is completed, it will be carefully shipped to you
